We don’t provide return labels.
Original shipping is not refunded.
Add insurance if you're worried about loss/damage.
Refund Time: is based on your bank policies, not us.
It can take up to 20 days from from the time you ship it back to us, to us receiving it, to inspection and approval, and your bank refund process.
